The Links Project
New Zealand based clients engaged the services of BuildIT Fiji to project manage their new Villa on Denarau Island.
They, as everybody does, wanted it done right down to the smallest detail.
Knowing things don’t always run to plan in Fiji, I was asked to be the clerk of works overseeing the builder and given the responsibility to financially control the main contractor and subcontractors within the parameter of the contract allowances.
This project included high tech lighting and sound (underwater too!), water features, carved doors,natural stone walls, specialist joinery / hardware and vaulted ceilings.
As you can see by the photos, the outcome was fantastic.
