Sovereign Quays Project
New Zealand based clients wanted a Ralph Lauren style tropical holiday home and employed BuildIT Fiji to project manage their design and construction.
The Architects engaged came up with a sweet plan that we tweaked to give a fantastic result.
The client wanted input every step of the way and also engaged a landscape designer to contribute to the pool and pond design.
The roof shingles were imported from Canada, tiles from Spain and specialist joinery made here in Fiji.
Special features include Air conditioning, glass ended pool, beach entry, weir edge, carved timber,underground pump house, water feature,and traditional Fijian bure.
